What Are They?
The increasing responsibilities and duties of executives in today’s corporate environment make it imperative to provide them with compensation and other executive benefits commensurate with their unique skills and abilities.

It is particularly important to recognize with valuable contributions they make to the corporation’s reputation for stability and bottom-line profitability.
