So many times over the last twenty five years I have heard
the senior generation speak poorly of the younger generation. "They don't want to work, they are not as committed
as we are, they just don't have what it takes to be successful." I don't believe that these statements are true.
In fact, I think that we just learned a lesson about what this younger generation is capable of, during the war in Iraq. We
sent young men and women with an average age of about 20. They had to make life and death decisions, work under tremendous
pressure and do it successfully. They did it and they did it in style, and I believe that they sent the older
generation a message: "If you train us properly, we can do anything."

Our Leadership
Academy Spring Session will be conducted at the unique
Bertram Inn & Conference Center in Aurora, Ohio March 14-16,
2007. Class size will be kept limited to provide greater individual
attention to each student.
Leadership Academy courses are being presented in three sessions, over an eighteen month time frame.
Here is a partial listing of courses for the summer session:
Transitions of ownership
The basics of estate planning
How to reduce the costs of health care benefits
How to hire quality employees
Protecting your assets
Learning to run a tight ship
How to avoid estate taxes
How to create a marketing plan
These classes will allow the new leadership to be prepared for the challenges to
come. They will do a great deal to shorten the training time by using well-organized, practical
classes that are taught by people who have been on the front lines.
